Shipping

  • $9.95 shipping on all orders within the U.S.
  • Additional $15.00 will apply to items over 48″ such as rolled & tubed fabric and hardware pole sets. 
    • Fabric orders less than 5 yards will be shipped flat fold (except for linen, velvet, or silk). Fabric over 5 yards will be shipped on a tube with an additional $15.00 shipping charge.
  • We only ship within the U.S. & Hawaii. 

Returns

As a small American Owned Manufacturer in North Carolina, it is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of quality handcrafted window treatments, from fabric to lining to the finished product. Our seamstresses take great pride in their work just as you with the decoration of your home. We understand sometimes there will be requests for returns. See you below for Return info.

  • All returns first require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) 
    • Requests for returns must be submitted within 15 days of receipt  of merchandise must be received within 30 days of approved RA confirmation.
    • Approved returns received after 45 days from the date of receipt of merchandise, are subject to a 20% restock fee.
    • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
    • CUSTOM and/or CLEARANCE items are non-returnable or exchangeable without a manufacturer’s defect or if we have made a processing error.
    • ALL SALES FINAL ON FABRICS
      • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR AUTHORIZED (unless manufacturer defect)

    • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. 
      • All returns must be prepaid as Curtains & Co. cannot accept any COD or postage due deliveries. 
      • We recommend that you ship with a carrier that allows you to: 
        • track your shipment with receipt.
        • insure your shipment for lost packages.
  • To obtain an RA # 
    • Go online to curtainsandcompany.store and click “Returns Request” (email)
    • Email shop@curtainsandco.com with the invoice number, reason for your request and attached photo of the issue (if applicable). Customer service will promptly return email with any further questions or an RA # with further instructions.
  • Issuance of Refund
    • A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
    • You will not be refunded for your original shipping fee or return shipping fee.
    • Curtains & Co. will refund any shipping fees for returned items due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
